First of all, I want to assure you that I am open and working for you. At my law office, the safety and well-being of my clients is always my highest priority. I recognize the important role of providing you with outstanding and continued legal assistance in this critical time. I am actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep all of my clients safe. Here are steps I am taking:
Aligning with public health authorities
I am dedicated to staying open to serve you during this pandemic and have a Business Continuity Plan to ensure the continuation of services. I am closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding COVID-19.
Protecting Clients
As I interact with clients and the general public, I have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. I am now offering phone and video conferencing and have in place secured remote-work solutions, and continue to reinforce safe behavior. I am also closely monitoring e-mails in order to keep communication with you and the Courts open and responsive.
Additionally, I have protocols in place with the courts to make sure I am able to properly represent you – no matter what happens.
At this time, I am working with the Court system and continuing court dates, or taking care of legal matters, when applicable, by non in-person dispositions and other forms of communication to keep you from having to expose yourself in public.
I am preparing for an increase in criminal charges during this time, and stand ready to assist you in your legal needs – including fighting allegations or charges involving disturbing the peace, assault, domestic violence, drunk driving, DUI/DWI, stealing, trespassing, and any type of quarantine and curfew violations and charges that may come up.
